Our electric cooker was playing up, turning itself on for no good reason.

Once I'd told Coby the problem and the make and model of our cooker, he took the trouble to look online where he found a forum identifying the likely cause of the fault. When he visited, what he'd found online did indeed prove to be the cause of the fault and Coby was able to fix our cooker in no time. Coby's really friendly and helpful, and did a great job for us.

Coby Dawson is quick to reply to emails, very thorough and customer focused. He was replacing some extractor fans and we had some problems (not his fault) and he sorted them out very quickly with no fuss. Highly recommended.
